The meeting provided an opportunity for the PSZ executive to both formally introduce itself to the ZAMMSA management and discuss matters of mutual interest. Through the President, the society expressed gratitude for the opportunity to engage with the agency. Additionally, the following proposals submitted 1. Employment of qualified pharmacy professionals at ZAMMSA hubs. 2. Increased internships placements at ZAMMSA hubs. 3. Meaningful collaboration between PSZ and ZAMMSA on matters of health supply chain. 4. Training of pharmacy personnel in logistics and eLMIS. The Director General, Mr. Liyoka Liyoka, in his welcoming remarks recognized the important role the society through it's membership play in achieving the agency mandate. Furthermore, the Director General implored the executive to collaborate with the agency for high level policy engagements which leads to adequate medicine supplies and management. PSZ appreciates the Director General and ZAMMSA management for the warm reception and constructive engagement. The Society looks forward to continued collaboration for the benefit of the profession and the people of Zambia. Pharmaceutical Society of Zambia Media and Corporate Affairs Committee
